We hereby inform you that, as RASYONET BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK
A.Ş (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we process the personal
data of our real person customers/potential customers and representatives
of our legal person customers/potential customers, in the capacity of data
controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
(hereinafter referred to as the "KVKK") and other relevant legislation.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

organizations, if necessary or upon request.
• It may be shared with notary public, enforcement offices and/or courts,
if necessary, for the purpose of carrying out financial and/or accounting
works within the scope of collection of fees for products and services.
• To follow the legal processes, it can be shared with our lawyers as much
as necessary within the framework of the confidentiality obligation.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Within the scope of the execution of our business activities by our
institution: E-mail software such as Microsoft Office365, Gmail and online
meeting and remote connection software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams,
Skype, Vedubox, Vimeo, Wetransfer will be used. The infrastructure and
databases of these services are located abroad. Your personal data will be
transferred abroad "with your explicit consent".
In order to carry out domestic sales services and customer support
operations by our institution: Customer relationship management software
ZohoDesk and ZohoCRM will be used. The infrastructure and databases of
these services are located abroad. Your personal data will be transferred
abroad "with your explicit consent".

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by
automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons set forth in
Article 5 (2) of the KVKK in order to fulfill the purposes specified in
paragraph (b) of this text:

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data
subject and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling
in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form,
according to Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the
Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data
Controller.

storing, preserving, and transferring it to the relevant and authorized
institutions and organizations when necessary and/or requested by
maintaining the accuracy and the most recent version for the purposes
specified within the scope of the Privacy Notice for Customers.
My personal data, as specified in the Privacy Notice for Customers; Within

online meeting and remote connection software used to carry out
communication and training activities with e-mail, online meeting and
remote connection software and to conduct these services more efficiently
